OnStage Academy
Are you ready to make an impact? Our OnStage Leadership Academy will provide six months of intensive leadership development to leaders and up-and-coming-leaders who are committed to creating extraordinary results. Beginning with our flagship OnStage Leadership program, participants will spend the next six months getting extensive coaching, and working with their small groups to create and refine action plans for lasting impact.
Your OnStage Academy will unfold like this:
Month 1: OnStage Leadership + 40 minutes of individual coaching
Month 2: 1 small group coaching session + 40 minutes of individual coaching + partner work
Month 3: 1 small group coaching session + 40 minutes of individual coaching + partner work
Month 4: In-depth presentation skills workshop + 40 min of individual coaching + partner work
Month 5: 1 small group coaching session + 40 minutes of individual coaching + partner work
Month 6: OnStage – Advanced + 40 min of individual coaching + partner work + graduation
The OnStage Leadership Academy will launch in February 2011.
Spaces will be limited to 12 participants, and will be filled on a first-come basis.
