Meet Director/Founder, Kimberly Davis

Kimberly’s life on the stage has taken many forms. From small-town beginnings, having grown-up on a ranch in NW Montana singing to the cows in below zero temperatures – to the international stage.

Kimberly has more than 20 years experience in front of groups and audiences of all sizes. In her early career as a professional actress, Kimberly held principal roles in regional theatres across the US and Germany. During the five years that she worked as an International Student Advisor, she led cross-cultural workshops throughout Japan and training programs for Japanese Educational Advisors in Tokyo. After spending several years in Hospitality Sales and Destination Management, Kimberly identified a need in the Seattle market and launched her own corporate events and consulting company to create company meetings, events, and programs with greater impact. Her larger clients included Nordstrom, Guidant, Avogadro, Hexcel, and Corbis. Most notably, Kimberly developed, managed, and facilitated a full-day “Customer Experience Program” (CEP) for Corbis which received tremendously high ratings company-wide. The CEO-mandated program was required for more than 1000 Corbis employees, at every organizational level and department, for 11 offices globally.

In 2007, Kimberly was privileged to join the external facilitator network for BlessingWhite, a global consulting firm with a focus on Employee Engagement and Leadership Development, and has received outstanding reviews from a multitude of Fortune 500 companies, including: Charles Schwab, Invensys, Centocor Ortho Biotech, Frito Lay, Abbott Labs, Career Education Corporation, and many others.

But it was March 2009, when everything came together as Kimberly blended her expertise in theatre and leadership development by launching “OnStage Leadership”, which has received rave reviews and made an impact on leaders across the country.

Kimberly received her BFA in Theatre Arts from the University of Arizona, where she attended on a full-arts scholarship; received her facilitator certification from Leadership Strategies; and her coach training and certification from the Coach Training Alliance, accredited by the International Coach Federation.  Kimberly is currently external faculty for SMU’s Cox School of Business’ Executive Education Program, teaching Authentic Influence and Executive Presence.

Whether she’s speaking to small business owners, Fortune 500 leaders, or leaders of the future, Kimberly is committed to her own Super Objective: To connect people to the best of who they are; challenging her audiences to consider what they need to do, on a personal level, to authentically and powerfully “take the stage”.
